ESL Lesson about the modal verbs MAY and MIGHT in English.

We look at how to create sentences using may and might. Then we look at the different uses of these modal verbs: 1) to express possibility; 2) to ask for permission; 3) to give permission (only may); 4) may not to prohibit; 5) may used in academic/scientific language; 6) to speculate about past actions (may + have + past participle); 7) may used to express wishes. All of these uses of May and Might include example sentences.
